Working at that scale taught us how organisations are actually built — how decisions get made, where value is created, and where it quietly disappears. We spent years close to that machinery before deciding, in 2018, to bring that perspective somewhere it was harder to find: growing companies that deserved the same quality of thinking. BN Digital was built on that foundation.
